Steve Benesh

Steve Benesh has a strong background in engineering and management, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and nuclear power industries. Steve started their career at ComEd, where they held various roles as a Mechanical Design Engineer and Lead Mechanical Engineer. Steve then worked at Brush Wellman as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, before moving on to Qualipac as an Engineering Manager. After that, they joined Watson Pharmaceuticals as a Director of Engineering, where they oversaw multiple departments and manufacturing facilities. Steve then held the same position at Endo Pharmaceuticals, where they managed large budgets and directed a staff of 60 employees. Currently, they are working as a Technology Director at Curtiss Wright Controls/QualTech NP, where they lead a team in supporting the nuclear power industry, developing strategic plans, and ensuring successful project execution.

Steve Benesh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology between 1982 and 1985. Steve later completed a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration at the same institution from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, they hold a Professional Engineering License from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
