Jonathan Davies

Jonathan Davies is the current Head of Talent at Curve. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder & Recruiter at Confido Talent from November 2018 to June 2020. At Confido, Jonathan launched and led the company's onsite/insourcing model, which allowed companies to better manage budgets and achieve cost savings of greater than 50% monthly compared to agency spend. Jonathan also increased diversity in candidate pipelines, achieved multiplier improvements at every stage of the funnel, reduced time to hire, and increased offer acceptance rates.

From April 2014 to October 2018, Jonathan worked as a Senior Consultant (Digital) at TEKsystems. In this role, they were responsible for defining company strategy with the Board and shaping the company brand, website, and social media content with the Head of Marketing.

Jonathan has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, and has a proven track record of success in increasing efficiency and effectiveness in the hiring process while also reducing costs. Jonathan is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and develop creative solutions to complex problems. Jonathan is an excellent communicator and leader, and is passionate about building strong teams and developing talent.

Jonathan Davies studied business at the University of Plymouth and Richard Huish College before going on to The Castle School.
