Tom Bradley

Tom Bradley is a seasoned investment professional with a diverse background in private markets, venture capital, and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Founding Partner at Salica Investments since June 2024, Tom focuses on global equity and debt investments. As a Non Executive Director at Curve since November 2019, Tom contributes to strategic oversight while previously holding the position of Partner at Hambro Perks for four years, where support was provided to ambitious founders in scaling their companies. Tom's extensive experience includes roles such as Chairman of the Board at Push Doctor and Non Executive Director positions at Oxford BioTherapeutics and Moneybox. Additionally, Tom was CEO and Managing Partner at Oxford Capital and has held senior roles at DN Capital, Draper Esprit, and Cazenove Private Equity. Tom's academic foundation is highlighted by a MA in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
