August Portal is a second-year student at the UBC Sauder School of Business, pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce. They have served as an Ambassador for Best Buddies Canada and co-own The Stash Project Foundation, focusing on inclusivity and support for marginalized individuals. August has held various roles including Sales Representative at Scrub Hub Services and Risk Associate at Aritzia, and currently coordinates events for Project Hastings at UBC.
