Max Sheng

Max Sheng is the current P.O.I.T.S. Director at Commerce Undergraduate Society of UBC Vancouver. Prior to this, Max was a Research Assistant Intern at Leonteq from May 2019 to July 2019, where they assisted in logistics for BizTech's Blueprint conference, MIS Tri-Mentorship program, and other monthly events. Max was also the Partnerships Director at UBC BizTech Network from October 2018 to May 2020, where they were the primary point of contact between partners and sponsors for BizTech's events throughout the year. Max led a team of four in organizing and logistically planning for their team's events throughout the year, as well as made key decisions on "big picture" problems and ideas.

Max Sheng completed a Bachelor of Commerce at UBC Sauder School of Business, with a focus in marketing. Prior to that, they completed their high school diploma at The American School in Japan.

Their manager is Kristian Oppenheim, President. Some of their coworkers include Minnie Tanglertsampan - Creative Marketing Director, Bernice Favis - Creative Marketing Director, and Alison Lee - VP Internal Affairs.
