Katie Sutherland

Katie Sutherland is an experienced corporate governance professional currently serving as the Assistant Company Secretary at Cuscal Limited since August 2023. Prior to this role, Sutherland was the Deputy Company Secretary at Levande from January to August 2023 and held the position of Company Secretary at ESR between October 2021 and January 2023. Sutherland's previous experience includes roles as Assistant Company Secretary at Allianz Australia and Company Secretary for Funds Management at Lendlease. Additionally, Sutherland served as Legal Counsel and Assistant Company Secretary at The GPT Group for nearly a decade.
