Chris Arseneau, PE, is currently the Director of Government Programs at Cushing Terrell, focusing on business development. Previously, they served as Managing Director for Europe at Cromwell Architects Engineers, where they directed DOD AE business and established the company's first international office in Germany. Chris also managed a DOD project portfolio in Europe, overseeing architectural and engineering design, project commissioning, and LEED consulting. Earlier in their career, they were a DOD contractor for the United States Department of Defense and owned Arseno Residential LLC. Chris holds a B.S. in Civil/Construction Engineering from Western Michigan University.
