Shawn Pelowitz

Shawn Pelowitz, AIA, LEED AP, DBIA, has extensive experience in architecture and project management, beginning with a role as Program Manager at the US Army Corps of Engineers from 1999 to 2004, overseeing projects in Germany, Belgium, North Africa, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. Following this, Shawn worked as a Senior Project Manager for the GSA from 2004 to 2006 and served as Senior Design Phase Manager at M. A. Mortenson Company from 2006 to 2014, managing large-scale projects exceeding $30 million. From December 2014 to July 2022, Shawn held multiple leadership positions at Cushing Terrell, including Minneapolis Office Manager and Government Markets Leader, where responsibilities included developing relationships and achieving sales goals for federal, state, and local design projects. Earlier experience includes serving as an Architect at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island from 1994 to 2000. Shawn holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from Montana State University-Bozeman.
