Andy Markham

Andy Markham, SIOR, is the Executive Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in the leasing and sale of industrial, warehouse, back-office properties, and land. They serve the needs of corporate, institutional, and entrepreneurial real estate users and owners throughout Arizona, focusing on the Southwest, Sky Harbor, Tempe, and South East Valley sub-markets. Prior to their current role, Andy held positions as Executive Managing Director at Cassidy Turley and Grubb & Ellis, as well as Executive Managing Director at DTZ for a brief period. Andy's career also included involvement with the Montreal Expos and Baltimore Orioles from 1992 to 1997.
