Ben Comm

Ben Comm, CPM, is a Senior Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where they oversee business development and client advocacy for the Mid-Atlantic Asset Services group managing over 90 million square feet. With 40 years of experience in real estate management, they previously held various managerial roles at Jones Lang LaSalle from 1989 to 2009. Ben has also served on the Board of Directors for the Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business Real Estate Advisory Board and the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District, among other leadership positions. Notably, they were the Past Chair of the BOMA International Emergency Preparedness Committee and Past President of AOBA (BOMA Metro Washington, DC). Ben is a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy.
