Clair S. is currently the Global Space Management, Planning & Occupancy Transitions Lead at Cushman & Wakefield, responsible for overseeing the operational transition and onboarding of space management services for new client accounts. Clair has previous experience as a Workplace Strategy Manager at CBRE and held roles in occupancy planning and workplace consulting across various organizations, including O.R.D Projects and JLL. Clair began their career as a Project Designer at bkm OfficeWorks and has contributed significantly to developing workplace design initiatives and managing complex relocations throughout their professional journey. Education includes studies at De Montfort University and King Edward VI Grammar School for Girls in Birmingham.
