Eric Brown

Eric Brown, PE, is currently the Senior Director of Engineering at Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing the Citi account. They began their career as an Electrical Estimator at Phoenix Electrical Contracting, later transitioning to roles at WSP Flack + Kurtz and Merrill Lynch, where they developed expertise in electrical design and power distribution systems for commercial facilities. Eric's extensive experience includes leadership positions in engineering and operations management at Merrill Lynch, as well as regional management roles at Cushman & Wakefield. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
