Julie Samuelson

Julie Samuelson, RPA, MCR, has extensive experience in real estate management, beginning as a Property Manager at United Properties from February 1985 to February 1990, where management of commercial real estate was a primary focus. Following this, Samuelson held various roles at Towle Real Estate, including AVP from February 1990 to February 1995, overseeing a diverse portfolio comprising Class A downtown and suburban offices, as well as medical and industrial properties, and engaging in receivership and repositioning efforts. From February 1995 to February 2000, Samuelson served as a Financial Analyst at ING, specializing in strategic asset management and financial analysis across a portfolio of 20 properties with diverse ownership structures. Subsequently, Samuelson held senior positions at Cushman & Wakefield, progressing from Director to Senior Director from September 2011 to September 2016, and currently holds the position of Vice President-Facility Management since March 2016. Julie Samuelson earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota.
