Patrick Murphy, RPA, LEED GA, currently serves as General Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing 345 California Street since March 2023. Prior experience includes directing operations for the Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve during an active duty overseas deployment from January to November 2022. From January 2019 to December 2021, Patrick managed a Class A life sciences portfolio for Transwestern, which included One and Two Tower Place in South San Francisco.
