Ron Thomas

Ron Thomas is an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, leading operations in the Sacramento/Central Valley Region. With a career in commercial real estate spanning over 26 years, Ron began in 1996 at Bishop Hawk and later worked at Colliers International before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2011. Ron has been instrumental in over 900 transactions, totaling more than 20 million square feet and over $2.5 billion in total consideration. Notably, Ron has been recognized as a top producer and was named Office Broker of the Year in 2019. Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Real Estate from California State University-Sacramento.
