Ryan Downing

Ryan Downing, SIOR, has extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as Director of the Industrial Team at Cushman & Wakefield since February 2014, following a role as Senior Associate within the same team. Prior to this position, Ryan gained valuable experience as an intern at Cassidy Turley, where responsibilities included contacting national brokers, client acquisition, data management, and marketing tool creation. A summer internship at Wells Fargo Advisors involved cold calling and establishing client meetings, enhancing sales and analytical skills. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Real Estate with a focus on Real Estate/Finance from the University of San Diego, completed in 2014, after graduating from Cathedral Catholic High School in 2009.
