Will Ma is the Head of Asset Management at Cushman & Wakefield's Integrated Facilities Management business in Australia, leading both the Engineering & Asset Management and the BI & Analytics teams. With extensive experience in asset management across Australia and the Asia Pacific region, Will has delivered strategic asset management services and insights to a diverse client portfolio. Previously, Will has held roles in business development and banking, and worked as a project engineer and consultant, honing expertise in asset auditing, lifecycle costing, and data validation. Currently, Will is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Design at Monash University.
