William Grinstead

William Grinstead is an experienced professional in construction and project management, currently serving as Retail Program Lead at Cushman & Wakefield since May 2022. In this role, William is responsible for site selection and evaluation of potential development locations aligned with investment planning growth directives. Prior to this position, William held roles at JLL as Sr. Project Manager, specializing in the construction of financial institutions, and at Dick's Sporting Goods as Construction Project Manager, overseeing new construction and renovations for various store formats. William's career began at Turner Construction, managing projects up to $5 million, and includes experience as a Transportation Construction Inspector with the New York State Department of Transportation. William holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering - Project Management from the University of Pittsburgh, in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management from the same institution.
