James Ward

James Ward is a Senior Software Engineer at NatWest Cushon, where they have worked since 2025. They gained extensive experience in software development through various roles, including Senior Front End Engineer and Staff Front End Engineer at Songtradr, Inc and Songtradr, respectively, from 2021 to 2025. Prior to this, James worked as a Senior full stack developer while self-employed from 2020 to 2021, and held multiple roles at Plug and Play from 2014 to 2015, culminating as Head Of Development. James earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Winchester from 2011 to 2014.
