Scarlett Down

Scarlett Down is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Growth Marketing Manager at NatWest Cushon since October 2025. Prior to this role, Scarlett Down held various positions at Picnic from September 2019 to October 2025, including Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, and Account Manager. Before entering the marketing field, Scarlett Down founded an art business from July 2017 to August 2019, specializing in oil paintings and portraiture, and successfully operated an online print shop. An internship at Frog Communications Ltd in 2016 involved managing photographic content for a Weight Watchers publication. Earlier experience includes working as a Chalet Host for Ski France.
