Stephen Watson

Stephen Watson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy, research, and business development within the pensions and employee benefits sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Policy & Research at Cushon since January 2019, Stephen leads initiatives to influence the pensions industry and enhance customers' financial futures. Previously, Stephen held the position of Director of Policy and Research at Aon following the acquisition of Portus Consulting, where Stephen was the Commercial Director responsible for integrating the two businesses. Stephen's career includes key roles at Alexander Forbes, Fusionry Risk Management, and Glenrand MIB Benefit Services, focusing on product development, marketing, and new business growth. Stephen holds an MBA in International Business from Birmingham City University.
