Jim Ference

Jim Ference began their work experience in 1984 as an Account Manager for Genrad Corporation, where they worked until 1988. Jim then transitioned to Oneac Corporation as an Industrial Products Account Manager for a brief period before moving on to TEAL Electronics in 1989, where they served as the Western Regional Sales Manager. In 1992, Ference founded Spectrum Power Solutions, a company they led until 1997 when they joined Powervar, Inc. as the Eastern Regional Sales Manager, International Sales Manager, and Partner. Jim worked at Powervar for almost two decades before moving to Power4, LLC in 2015 as a Business Development Executive. In 2021, Ference joined CUSITech as part of the Strategic Partnerships team. Currently, they serve as a Strategic North American Sales Executive and Partner at NXT Power, LLC.

Jim Ference attended Neshaminy High School from 1976 to 1980. Jim then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Penn State University from 1980 to 1984. Later, from 1987 to 1990, they earned their Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
