Abhinav Ayan

Abhinav Ayan serves as the CEO, Lead Developer, and Co-Founder of CUSMAT, a company dedicated to developing VR-based accident training simulators for the mining, construction, and other industries, emphasizing safety in hazardous environments. Prior experience includes a month-long training program as a Trainee Structural Engineer at Mott MacDonald, where Abhinav worked with STAAD Pro V8i and architectural drawings, as well as a role as a Site Engineer Trainee at Jaypee Greens, gaining hands-on experience with advanced construction technologies in India. Abhinav holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from the National Institute of Technology Warangal and completed a Nanodegree in Virtual Reality from Udacity in 2017. Educational background also includes attendance at Delhi Public School Mathura Road from 2005 to 2012.
