Bob West

Bob West has had a long and successful career in the technology field. Bob began their career in 1990 as the Director of MIS at Martin's Famous Pastry Shoppe Inc., where they were responsible for the hardware, software, applications, and communications in support of the company's strategic growth objectives. In 2000, they moved to Members 1st Federal Credit Union as the VP ITS, where they were responsible for directing IT technology initiatives and selecting and installing the Symitar core processing system. In 2013, Bob joined Fiserv as the VP Service Management, where they had enterprise accountability for their client's service experience and acted as a customer advocate. In 2018, they returned to Members 1st Federal Credit Union as the EVP CIO. In 2022, Bob became the Chief Executive Officer of CU*SOUTH, a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO). As CEO, Bob is responsible for establishing and executing policies to support human resources, marketing, finance, and company strategy.

Bob West completed a Leadership degree at the Center for Creative Leadership in 2013. Bob also attended USAF Air University for Command & Control (C3, C4I) Systems and Operations. Bob has attended Hagerstown Community College for IT, Kennedy Western University na for a BS in IT, and Wilson College for Accounting.
