Currently serving as the CEO and Founder of FIX Coaching & Consulting, Dana empowers organizations and individuals, particularly women, to achieve professional success and operational excellence. Dana has held key roles at Mastercard, including Vice President of US Product Delivery and Director of Product Delivery, where they led strategic initiatives and cultivated diverse teams.
