James Thwing

James Thwing has extensive work experience in the field of corporate development and investment analysis. James most recently served as the Head of Corporate Development at Custom Computer Specialists. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Corporate Development at Atlantic Street Capital Advisors and Corporate Development Manager at Atlas. James also worked as an Associate at Recurring Capital Partners and CrowdOut Capital, where they gained experience in financial analysis and investment strategies. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Analyst at Westlake Securities and held various roles at National Oilwell Varco, including Market Development Engineer and Mechanical Engineer. James began their career as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Solar Turbines.

James Thwing completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, which they completed from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, James also received certifications in Series 63 and Series 79 through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in November 2015.
