Albert McDowell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and quality systems within the food industry. Currently serving as Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager at Custom Culinary since May 2011, Albert has held multiple roles in regulatory compliance and technical services. Prior to this, Albert worked at Symrise as a Production Planner and gained foundational experience at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S in various quality control positions. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Food Safety and International Food Law from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Washington & Jefferson College. Additionally, Albert attended Cuyahoga Community College.
