Alyssa Anthony is a Senior Regulatory Specialist at Custom Culinary since April 2016. Prior to that, Alyssa worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Glanbia Performance Nutrition from June 2013 to April 2016. Alyssa began their career as an Intern at Well Child Center in 2012. Alyssa holds a Bachelor's of Applied Science in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics from Illinois State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Elgin Community College. Alyssa has experience in creating internal raw material specifications, reviewing finished good labels, conducting raw material risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, Alyssa has contributed to the approval of manufacturing facilities and nutritional education initiatives.
