Barbara Apt has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Barbara started their career at The Cheesecake Factory as a Restaurant Manager in Redondo Beach in 1995. In 1996, they transitioned to Unilever, where they worked as a Chain Account Manager for almost a decade. In 2008, they joined Mars as a Chain Account Manager and remained with the company until 2011. Since 2011, Barbara has been working at Custom Culinary, starting as a Business Development Manager and later becoming a National Account Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director - National Accounts at Custom Culinary.
Barbara Apt's education history begins with their attendance at Aragon High School from 1983 to 1987, where they pursued a general education. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration in 1991. Following this, they furthered their education at The Culinary Institute of America from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained an AOS- Occupational Studies degree in Culinary Arts.
