David Borchelt has over two decades of experience in regional sales management, currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for the Western Division at Custom Culinary since March 2005. In this role, Borchelt oversees sales operations across eight states, collaborating with Food Services of America Corporate and a distribution network, while leading broker sales teams and regional chains. Prior to Custom Culinary, Borchelt held the position of Region Sales Manager at Mission Foods from 2001 to 2005, where responsibilities included managing a broker sales force and developing new business in a challenging marketplace. Borchelt's earlier experience includes managing a broker sales force as the Regional Sales Manager for Beatrice Foods - Conagra Dairy and working as a Territory Manager for BUNGE FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED from 1991 to 2001.
