Pradeep Kumar

Pradeep Kumar has been with Custom Culinary and Griffith Laboratories since August 2009 as an Application Chef, responsible for conducting product demos for clients, assisting with menu and kitchen set up, staff training, and new product development. Prior to that, pradeep served as an Executive Chef at Barbeque Nation from March 2008 to January 2009, where pradeep oversaw day-to-day food production operations including costing, staff training, menu planning, inventory management, vendor coordination, and team motivation.
