Scott Freitag has over 35 years of work experience in various roles within the food manufacturing industry. Scott started their career at Frito Lay in 1984 as a Plant Quality Manager and later became a Production Supervisor and Shipping/Receiving Supervisor. From 1991 to 2001, they worked at Hill's Pet Nutrition as a Corporate Quality Manager. Scott then served as a Plant Manager at Wayne Farms in 2001. In 2002, they joined Chef Solutions as a Plant Operations Manager, where they were responsible for all plant operations in a USDA/FDA Food Manufacturing Facility. Finally, they worked at Custom Culinary, where they held the positions of Director of Quality Systems & Regulatory and Vice President Quality Systems and Regulatory.
