Amy D. Duncan, MSW, PMP

Amy D. Duncan, MSW, PMP has extensive work experience in various roles. Amy D. served as the Vice President, Strategic Engagement at Custom Data Processing, Inc. from December 2010 onwards. Amy D. was responsible for providing highly agile and customized software solutions to federal, state, and local health organizations. Amy is also a founding board member of the EBT Community Council, where they focus on sharing insights and collaborating with industry stakeholders to ensure EBT solutions remain aligned with technology and innovation. Amy D. is a member of the Women in Leadership Advisory Council at The George Washington University School of Business, advocating for women's rights and breaking down workplace barriers. Additionally, they served as the Chair of the eGovernment Payments Council, promoting the expansion of government-driven electronic payment transactions and systems through public-private partnerships. Amy started their career at MAXIMUS as a Senior Manager/Project Manager/Director from June 1998 to November 2010.

Amy D. Duncan, MSW, PMP has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology, which they obtained from The Johns Hopkins University. Amy D. completed their undergraduate education from 1994 to 1998. Later, they pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California, attending from 2012 to 2014.
