Custom Employment Solutions (CES) – Ticket to Work Employment Network

At CES, we help individuals receiving SSI or SSDI benefits return to work, increase their income, and move toward financial independence through the Social Security Ticket to Work Program.

As an authorized Employment Network, CES provides:
	•	Career Counseling & Job Placement – Explore opportunities that fit your skills and goals.
	•	Benefits Counseling – Understand how working impacts your Social Security benefits.
	•	Ongoing Support – Get the tools, training, and coaching you need to succeed on the job.

Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve greater independence through meaningful employment. With over 18 years of experience serving the disability community, CES is committed to walking alongside you on your path to self-sufficiency.

Participation in Ticket to Work is free and voluntary for SSI/SSDI beneficiaries ages 18–64.
