Since entering the third party channel in 1999 as a broking organisation, Custom is now established as one of Australia's few non- bank owned mortgage aggregation groups. The diff­erence is that we put the Broker at the centre of our business. David Haythorn is the CEO, and the company's management team is made up of non-executive directors from senior management roles at CBA, NAB, Westpac and Nationalcorp, a top 5 mortgage manager.
