Sam Cincotta has extensive experience in the fleet management industry, working at Custom Fleet since 1997. Currently serving as the Commercial Asset Risk Manager, responsible for asset valuations and setting residual values and maintenance budgets for heavy vehicle and plant equipment in Australia and New Zealand. Leading various teams and projects throughout the years, Sam has demonstrated strong leadership and analytical skills in roles such as Director, Service & Maintenance ANZ, Commercial Operation Project Lead, and Service Control Manager. With a focus on process enhancements and cost reduction opportunities, Sam has played a key role in improving operations and driving efficiency within the company.
