The iconic Custom House was designed by one of Belfast’s leading architects Sir Charles Lanyon and built by D&J Fulton between 1854 and1857. In 2021 the building undergone major reinnervations and has been transformed into a lush 5* Serviced Office Space.  Great importance has been placed on preserving and enhancing the building’s heritage during renovations while ensuring its place as a 21st century, leading-edge destination.
