CMS is a manufacturer's representative specializing in innovative, energy-efficient HVAC systems for commercial and industrial markets, including Heath Care, Education, Data Center, and Energy Retrofit projects. Our focus is on providing clients with forward-looking solutions supported by expert applications knowledge and first-class customer service.

Providing solutions that help to minimize the impact of building systems on the environment is an integral part of our business. Part of this commitment to the environment is evident in our partnerships with progressive manufacturers. Providing energy efficient chilled water with Multistack (the first carbon-neutral chiller manufacturer in the world), recovering waste energy with Innovent units, and supplying Washington-made Haakon air handlers built with recycled materials are just a few examples of our commitment. We also encourage our employees to become LEED accredited, so CMS may be a better resource to our customers and business partners.
