Suzanne Simons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design engineering and procurement. Currently serving as the Design Engineering Coordinator/Lead Buyer at Custom Mold & Design since April 2014, Suzanne has developed a strong expertise in coordinating design projects and managing purchasing activities. Previously, from January 1997 to March 2014, Suzanne held the position of Buyer/Planner at PARKER Hannifin, where valuable skills in planning and procurement were cultivated.

For over 50 years, Custom Mold & Design (www.custommold.net) has been designing and building fully interchangeable, fast-cycling, high-precision injection molds, including multi-cavity, two-shot, metal injection, silicone, micro-molds, and ceramic molds. In more recent years, we created a specialized division called CMD - Precision Manufacturing Group. We created this factory within a factory team to better serve our customers’ growing needs for machined components, assemblies and fixturing. In conjunction with our sister company Teamvantage, Custom Mold & Design provides one-stop, fully integrated turn-key manufacturing solutions. We begin by providing part design assistance followed by mold design and fabrication services, molding process development and automation, through full installation into your facility. We also specialize in cold deck manufacturing for liquid silicone molds and have 5-axis machining to provide close-tolerance manufacturing solutions. We have a philosophy that starts and ends with people working together and dedicated to providing each customer with the level of service and quality product they demand. Using our state-of-the-art systems and procedures, our team is able to provide results superior to that of our competitors.
