Jeff Henry

Jeff Henry has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles in the aerospace industry. Jeff is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Custom Power since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant for their own company from October 2018 to June 2020.

Between January 2018 and September 2018, Jeff served as the Vice President of Finance at Esterline Power Systems (Leach), where they improved financial literacy, analyzed financial results, and authored regular status reports.

From January 2016 to September 2017, Jeff held the position of CFO at Zodiac Aerospace's Cabin Integrated Interiors division, overseeing three P&Ls and 10 manufacturing sites. Jeff developed subordinates, restructured roles, and implemented advanced tools and reporting platforms. Jeff also served as the Interim CFO for Zodiac Seat Shells from July 2015 to December 2015, improving financial accuracy and aligning team goals with company objectives. Additionally, Jeff was the CEO of EZA Interiors from January 2013 to June 2015, where they launched a joint venture, secured contracts, and rerouted manufacturing sites.

Earlier in their career, Jeff was the CEO of TIA, an insert and appliance provider for business aircrafts, from April 2011 to December 2012. Jeff negotiated a significant contract and supported new growth initiatives. Jeff also served as the CFO of Monogram Systems from May 2008 to December 2012.

Jeff held various roles at MONOGRAM AEROSPACE FASTENERS from February 1995 to November 2007, including as President, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Finance. Jeff contributed to the successful sale of the company and achieved a high return on investment.

Jeff's career started at MAG Aerospace in September 1992, where they worked as a Group Controller for a Private Equity Company until January 1995.

Jeff Henry attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a major in Accounting.
