Matthew Richards

Matthew Richards is a Managing Director and member of the Solid State plc Board, currently heading the combined power businesses in the USA and the UK under the Custom Power brand. They have previously served as Managing Director of Steatite Ltd, and prior to that, held key positions including Senior Vice President at API Technologies Corp., Managing Director at Secure Systems & Technologies Ltd, and Defence Division Director at Vislink plc. Matthew has extensive experience in technology and communication sectors, specializing in high performance systems for military and industrial applications.
