Meghan Violet

Meghan Violet serves as the Marketing Manager at Custom Staffing and is also a Board Member for both the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Hardin County. Previously, they were the General Manager of the Inn at Ohio Northern University, where they led operations and significantly increased profitability and community presence. Meghan has extensive experience in marketing and operations management, including roles at Marriott International, Waterford Hotel Group, and as a Freelance Marketing Manager. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus in Marketing from Cleveland State University.
