James Aldridge has extensive experience in plant management and supervisory roles within the manufacturing industry. Since April 2009, James has been serving as Plant Manager at Custom Window Systems. Prior to this position, James held the role of Plant Manager at Energy Saving Products of Florida, Inc. from March 2005 to April 2009. James began their career at Energy Saving Products in January 1997 as a Production Supervisor and progressed to a managerial role before moving to a new company.
