Nina Fields has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Custom Window Systems since January 2020, where Nina has also held the positions of Human Resources Representative and Human Resources Intern. Prior to this role, Nina worked at DICK'S Sporting Goods from August 2015 to July 2020, progressing from a part-time Apparel Associate to a full-time Footwear Sales Lead. Nina holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business and Organizational Management with a focus on Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the College of Central Florida (2016-2019) and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from the same institution (2011-2014).
