Pat Mink

Pat Mink has extensive experience in product and process engineering, with a focus on product design, improvement, new development, cost reduction, and quality enhancements. They have worked at Custom Window Systems and Pella Corporation in various engineering positions. In addition, they served in the US Army as an Infantry Soldier and was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Enduring Freedom. Pat Mink holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology - Manufacturing Engineering from Iowa State University.
