Or Benifla has extensive experience in design and leadership roles across various innovative organizations. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of CustoMED, Or has previously held significant positions such as 3D Clinical Designer and Head of R&D at Sheba Tel HaShomer City of Health and Co-Owner of Hashchena bar. Academic contributions include lectures at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in both Digital Design Workflow and 3D Modeling and Design. Or's background is complemented by a Bachelor of Design in Industrial and Product Design from Bezalel Academy and a Master of Education in Learning Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Additionally, involvement in notable projects includes consulting for the Municipality of Jerusalem and participating in the 2017 Maccabiah Olympic Torch event.
