Michael Ellis, M.Ed, is an Education and Technical Services Manager with over a decade of experience in Learning & Development Management. They currently oversee the Paycom Learning Management System and lead an Education Services team, focusing on innovative training solutions that enhance skill development and performance. Michael has demonstrated expertise in managing various Learning Management Systems and has successfully led the transition to virtual learning during critical times. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science from Southern Illinois University, and are pursuing a Master of Arts in Adult Education and Distance Learning at the University of Phoenix. Michael is passionate about creating impactful learning experiences that empower teams and drive organizational growth.
