Ron Santos

Ron Santos began their professional career in 1987 as the Director of Service Support for IBM National Service Division. Ron then moved on to become the Director of the Eastern Region for IBM Infoprint Division in 1991. In 2000, Santos was appointed as the Vice President of the Americas, Printing Systems Division at IBM. Following this, they joined Fujifilm NA in 2003 as the Vice President of Technical Services and Support. Santos then joined Customer Engineering Services in 2011, serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer before retiring from their role as President and COO in 2013.

Ron Santos completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Syracuse University, where they attended from 1984 to 1986. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Management Informations Systems from Pace University, attending from 1986 to 1987.
