Julio Escandon

Julio Escandon is the Senior Director (Head of Business Consulting & Development) at Customer Intelligence, bringing 17 years of experience in assessing large companies and leading multicultural teams in challenging environments. They have developed complex strategic solutions for major financial players across the USA, LATAM, and the Caribbean. Prior to this role, Julio worked as a Senior Business Consultant at NTT DATA, where they led end-to-end projects and developed significant strategies for various financial and telecommunications companies. Julio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey, along with additional qualifications from Macquarie University and King George International College.
