James Stuart is a seasoned Customer Success professional with extensive experience across multiple roles and organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Reed.co.uk since January 2024, James previously held similar positions at hackajob and Reed.co.uk, where a new customer success function was established. Additionally, James mentors at the Customer Success Network and hosted cohorts for Preflight Community.
